Billing statements are e-mailed on the 1st of every month and due by the 10th of the month. If not paid by the 30th of the month the account will be placed on hold. Credit card or bank debit card payments are automatically taken out on the 1st of each month.

There is no contract. The service is on a month-to-month basis.

Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Bank Debit Card, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)

If you pay 1 year in advance, you receive 1 FREE month.

Referral Program – when a new customer signs up and uses your name as a referral, you will receive a free month of Internet access.

Cancellation – cancellation of services requires either a written, emailed, or faxed notice stating the effective date of cancellation and the reason for cancellation. Email cancellations should be sent to cancel@peaknet.net . Refunds will only be issued if this procedure is followed and received before the 10th of the month.
