Hunting

End users with two or more lines may have those lines working in a rollover pattern. This type of service is referred to as Hunting service.

Examples:
If the first line is busy…….
Then incoming call rolls over to second line.
If the second line is busy………
Then incoming call goes to third line, and son on, until the last number is reached.
If all lines are busy…………
Then the caller receives a busy signal.
